Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup rice flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat,stir in sugar,remove from heat and let stand 5 mins,beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. stir together rice flour,baking soda,salt and nuts,add to chocolate mix and mix until smooth.
Step 2
pour into lightly greased 8 inch square pan,bake at 350f for 20-25 mins
Step 3
cool on rack before cutting into squares
