- 1/2 tsp ground coriander

Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
You should be left with a mixture that you can shape with your hands. Form it into 6 small patties.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until crisp and golden.
