Ingredients
- Onion: 3 medium
- Tomato: 2 medium
- Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon
- Channa Masala: 1 teaspoon
- Chickpea: 2 cups
- Salt: ½ teaspoon or to taste
- Oil: 3 tablespoons
- Ginger and Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 2 cups
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 2
Add chopped onions till golden brown.
Step 3
Add ginger and garlic paste.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and let them cook until soft.
Step 5
Add garam masala, turmeric, channa masala, and salt.
Step 6
Add chickpeas. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Step 7
Add water.
Step 8
Cook until chickpeas are soft.
