Ingredients
- 1)80-100g Canned tuna fish
- 2)4 pcs Romaine lettuce
- 3)80g Cucumber
- 4)½ pc Tomato wedges
- 5)10-12 pcs Olives, cut into rings
- 6)50g Feta
- 7)Onion
- 8)Salt & Pepper to taste
- Oregano Vinaigrette:
- 1)2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2)1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3)½ tsp Dried oregano (½ tbsp, if fresh one used)

Preparation
Step 1
Cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the lettuce and cucumber in a salad bowl. Arrange the tomato wedges around the dish. Top with the olive rings, tuna, feta and onion rings.
Step 3
Chill and serve with the prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
