Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 c Milk
- 2 c Panko Crumbs
- 1 c Crushed Cornflakes
- 1 tsl Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- flour
Preparation
Step 1
Take Chicken Breast, shake in flour, then dip in beaten egg with milk, then into crumbs with seasonings. Place in a well buttered casserold dish or 9 x 13. Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes then flip over for another 15 - 20 minutes..
