Ingredients
- * 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- * 1 1/2 cups of diced white onions
- * 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- * 1 1/2 cups of sour cream OR plain yogurt
- * 3/4 cup of mayonnaise (OPTIONAL)
- * 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- * 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- * 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan over MEDIUM heat add oil & onions & salt. Cook onions until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Step 3
Mix the rest of the ingredients and add the cooled onions.
Step 4
Refrigerate and stir again before serving.
