Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli - in small pieces
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup bacon - fried & chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup cashews
- ½ cup red onions - chopped
- ¾ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon, cashews and red onions.
Step 2
Mix together mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture.
Step 3
Keep refrigerated.
