Ingredients
- Diced chicken, beef, or pork
- Diced green pepper
- Diced carrot
- Diced onion
- Sugar snap peas (in pods)
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Corn starch
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the meat in salt and pepper and fry in a very hot wok or frying pan. Remove from the pan.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix the ketchup, soy sauce, and corn starch together until it thickens.
Step 3
Cook the vegetables in the pan with a little vegetable oil until softened. Add the meat back in the pan with the sauce until it forms a glaze. Remove from heat and serve with rice or noodles.
