Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup onion - diced
- 2 cups smoked salmon - chopped
- 4 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 pkg. smoked salmon cream cheese
- ¾ pkg. linguine or fettuccine - cooked
- green onions for garnish - chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil, add onions, cook until transparent. Add chopped smoked salmon to onions and cook for one minute then add fish sauce and salt.
Step 2
Add milk, when milk starts to simmer add cream cheese and let dissolve into milk.
Step 3
Turn heat to low and add noodles and let sauce thicken; about five minutes.
Step 4
Adjust flavour with salt and pepper to taste and serve with chopped green onions.
