Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Onions
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 3 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Can Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Passata
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Packet Club House Chili Mix (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions and garlic in oil for 8-10 min.
Step 2
Add ground beef until browned.
Step 3
Stir in chili powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne for 1 min.
Step 4
Crush tomatoes and add with Passata and water.
Step 5
Bring to boil, reduce heat.
Step 6
Cover and simmer for 20 min.
Step 7
Uncover and cook for 10 min.
