Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Corn Flakes
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 butter
- 2 T honey
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease a lamington pan.
Step 2
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Step 3
Melt butter in saucepan, add honey.
Step 4
Stir into dry ingredients.
Step 5
Spread into prepared pan.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
optional: add 3/4 chocolate chips
