Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
- Mustard
- Parsley Flakes
- A bit of sweet pickle juice
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Step 2
Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle juice, parsley flakes and mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 3
Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika.
Step 4
Store covered in refrigerator.
