One-Banana Banana Bread

You only need one large ripe banana to make this moist & delicious banana bread. Fair warning: You won't be able to stop at one slice.
Ingredients
- 1 large very ripe banana (or two small ones), mashed
- 1 egg with enough milk to make one cup liquid
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- nuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Add the first four ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Add the sugar, baking soda and flour, and mix until there is no more visible flour, and the texture is consistent.
Step 3
Grease a loaf pan with softened butter.
Step 4
Pour the mixture in to your loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown.
You'll know it's done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
