Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 1-2 cans tomato soup
- Sour cream for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Put first 3 ingredients in microwave rice cooker and microwave at high for 11 minutes. Stir and microwave additional 7 minutes at 50% power. While rice is cooking brown ground beef and onions. When browned add tomato soup. When rice is cooked add to beef and onion mixture and less flavours blend for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
