Articoke Pastry Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. mini tart shells
  • 8 oz. block regular cream cheese
  • 1/3 c mayo
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts (well drained)
  • 1/2 tsp. dillweed
  • 2 whole roasted red peppers

Preparation

Step 1

oven rake on bottom shelf preheat 375.
Place shells on a baking pan( do not pre bake)

Step 2

Cut creamed cheese in chunks place in blender with mayo...mix until smooth
Add parm cheese, articokes and dillweed ...mix in blender until evenly mixed but chucky

Step 3

Pat peppers dry...finely chop 1 pepper stir in mixture
above
Scoop 1 tbsp. of mixture into each pastry shell

Step 4

Bake on bottom rake until filling starts to turn brown
18-20 min.
Remove ...cool
thinly slice remaining pepper and garnish on each tart
