Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup 5 minutes rice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 onion
- oil (to cook)
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
To make meatballs mix all ingredients together in a bowl and make meatballs. Cook in oil until meatballs are golden brown. Remove from oil and set aside to make sauce.
Step 2
To make sauce mix 1/2 cup of water with vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, salt and soya sauce in a medium pot and boil for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water and corn starch, stir and continue to boil for another 2 minutes. Add meatballs and sauce in a bigger pot and cook for a half hour on low-medium heat.
