Ingredients
- 3 pounds minced pork
- 1 c rice
- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 1/2 c tomato paste
- olive oil
- basil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 c vegetable stock
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice and drain it.
Step 2
Wash carrots and slice them. Chop onion and basil.
Step 3
Fry carrots and onions with olive oil in the pan until it's brown up. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and vegetable stock.
Step 4
Mix minced pork with rice and basil. Add salt and pepper. Mix again. Make balls about 5-7 cm in diameter.
Step 5
Put meatballs in the pan. Cook about 30 minutes.
