Preparation
Step 1
Wash a pat fresh jalapenos dry
Cut tops n stem off
Cut down the middle not completely all the way
Scrape seeds out
Shove in cream cheese with fingers
Step 2
Have a bowl of eggs whipped
Have a bowl of bread crumbs ready
Dip your pepper in to the eggs than crumbs out
If you need to repeat do so
Set aside
Step 3
Oil on med high
Add as many peppers as possible
Let Crisp put done ones on the side
Than take out of oil when all are done put them on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 min
Take out and repeat egg soak n bread crumbs
Put back in oil and they should be done
you could add them again if you want
You should wear plastic or rubber gloves
The key is to get the bread crumbs to stick all over

- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
