Ingredients

  • Vatha kulambhu podi - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Tamarind - 1 inch ball
  • Rice flour- 1 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

Soak tamarind for 10 minutes and take extract.

Step 2

Saute mustard seeds in sesame oil. Add the extract, podi and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Mix rice flour in water and add to this mixture. Simmer for a minute.
