Ingredients
- chana dal- 2 cup
- Tuar dal - 1/8 cup
- Ural dal- 1/8 cup
- Red chillies- 6
- Salt
- Hing
- Oil for frying.
Preparation
Step 1
Soak all dals for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Grind urad dal and chillies to a smooth paste.
Remove.
Step 3
Grind chana and tuar dal to a coarse paste.
Mix everything, salt and hing.
Step 4
Heat oil in a deep dish.
Make batter to round, flat balls and fry till golden brown.
Finely chopped onion, curry leaves and cashews can be added for extra flavor.
