Ingredients
- Coconut- 1 cup
- Cashews- 1/2 cup
- Green chillies- 3 or 4
- Salt
- Ginger paste- 1 tsp
- Hing
- Salt
- For sauteeing:
- Mustard seeds
- Ural dal
- Sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Grind everything into a smooth paste
Step 2
Saute mustard and ural dal in sesame oil and add to it
Little tamarind or lemon juice can be added for extra flavor.
