Ingredients
- 2 Slices Bread
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Strips Cooked Bacon
- 2 Slices Tomato
- Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 2
On non-buttered side of one slice place 2 slices of cheese, all the bacon, then tomato and remaining cheese. Top with second slice of bread with both buttered sides on the outside.
Step 3
Place in a pan on MED-HIGH heat, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until gold on bottom.
Step 4
Reduce heat, flip to fry other side and let fry until golden brown. Serve immediately.
