Ingredients
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 pkg chick'n strips
- 2 broccoli crowns, separate forlets
- 2 can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp geen curry paste
- 1/4 cup vegan oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Rice, to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Caramelize onion and garlic. Brown chick'n.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients, simmer 10-15 minutes until broccoli is just cooked.
Step 3
Serve over rice or with naan.
You can simply change the flavor profile by add red curry paste instead of green curry paste.
