Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

  • 19 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 4 oz. Instant Pistachio pudding
  • 1 small container of Cool Whip
  • ½ pkg. Small marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Pour pineapple into large bowl. Sprinkle the instant pudding over the pineapple and stir thoroughly.

Step 2

Stir in cool Whip.

Step 3

Stir in the marshmallows.

Step 4

Let stand in fridge overnight, or at least a few hours.
