Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. Strip loin_ rib eye or sirloin
- 2 tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 teas. Pepper
- 1 teas. Salt
- ½ teas. Thyme
- ½ teas. Dry mustard
- ½ teas. Garlic salt
- ½ teas. Paprika
- ¼ C. Margarine
- ¼ C. Brandy or cognac

Preparation
Step 1
Cut steaks into bite size pieces
Step 2
In bowl, combine all the spices
Step 3
Coat the meat with the seasonings and shake off the excess
Step 4
Melt butter over HI
Step 5
Cook steak pieces

After the steak is cooked, remove and keep warm
Step 7
Deglaze the pan with brandy or cognac, adding water if necessary to make a sauce

Pour the sauce over the steak
