- 2 to 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried rosemary - crushed
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
Combine mustard and seasonings together. Spread mustard mixture over chicken.
Top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
