Ingredients
- Potatoes, cut and boiled
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 2T Garlic minced
- 2T Oil
- 1 stick butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place in boiling water 15-20 minutes depending on size. Drain.
Step 2
In a pre-heated pan (or electric skillet set at 350) , place the oil and 2T butter. Add the potatoes. Brown the potatoes then add the rest of the ingredients. continue adding butter to keep potatoes from drying out. When they are a nice golden brown, serve with eggs, bacon/sausage/steak/corned beef.
Don't mess with the potatoes too much when cooking them. Allow them to crisp up and turn a golden brown before flipping them
