Ingredients

  • 2 C boiling water
  • 1 3 oz. Lemon Jello
  • 1 3 oz. Orange Jello
  • 1 ½ C. Cold Water
  • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple (Drained—save juice)
  • 2 Large Bananas (diced small)
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine/butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C. Pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple)
  • small container Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and dissolve jello into boiling water.

Step 2

Stir in cold water. Add pineapple and bananas.

Step 3

Cool in fridge until set.

Step 4

Cook butter, flour, and pineapple juice over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly with wire whip. Cool.

Step 5

Mix topping mix with small container of Cool Whip and spread evenly over jello mixture when set.
