Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes peeled
- 2 small cartons soft cream cheese or an equal amount of cheddar cheese
- 1 8oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 stick butter salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes till done
Step 2
Mash potatoes with cheese sour cream and 1/2 stick of butter season with salt and pepper
Step 3
Put in greased casserole dish. Drizzle with cream, Dot with remaining butter.
Step 4
May be refrigerated overnight. Bake at 375 degrees covered for 30 minutes.
