Sweet cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2c non fat cottage cheese
  • 1/8c raisins
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice (I use agave syrup)
  • 1-3 Tbs water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook raisins until plump in the water
Add cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon & sweetener to blender.
Blend well using water from raisins to make it the consistency you enjoy.
Add raisins after mixing is done & enjoy!
