- 2 cans of small shrimp
- 1 package of Cream Cheese
- 1 or 2 jars of shrimp cocktail sauce you can get hot & spicy or a medium one
- 1 box of Ritz crackers

Step 1
Drain, wash & dry Shrimp. I usually do that in a siv then put it on paper towel to pat it dry
Spread cream cheese onto a plate
Mix the shrimp & cocktail sauce in a bowl so it's covered nicely.
using about 3/4 of one jar of the sauce. Spread that over the
plate of cream cheese and then pour the rest of the sauce over.
Depending on how much sauce you want I usually buy 2 jars so
there's more sauce for the topping and for guests to scoop up.
then you have about half a jar left over.
Serve crackers in a bowl on the side.
Now if you want to get real fancy I've mixed
green onion and red & yellow peppers in the cream cheese and spread
that over the plate, but you don't have to. Simple is delicious too!

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
- Green peas (cooked)
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Slices prosciutto
- Toast
METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
