Ingredients
- 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix water,milk,eggs,melted butter and salt.
Step 2
Add flour. Mix well
Step 3
Use a small skillet, and add a laddle of mixture to hot pan. Immediately turn the pan in a circular motion to cover bottom of the pan. Cook on low-med heat. Flip your crepe when the outsides start to turn up.
Step 4
Keep an eye on these. They can burn really quick
