Cheese Poofs

This is my own modification of a recipe I found on the web somewhere. I changed some ingredients and added the idea of microwaving the dough. Only makes about 12-15 poofs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 pinch chilli powder
- 1/4 cup margarine melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Melt the margarine then mix everything together in bowl. The heat of the margarine should make dough stick together enough to form into balls, if not - stick the whole bowl in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
Step 3
Roll dough into 1 inch balls then place 1in apart on ungreased cookie pan.
Step 4
Bake 12 minutes.

Amp up your bruschetta, with a flavorful French twist!
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
- Green peas (cooked)
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Slices prosciutto
- Toast
METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
- Enjoy!
