Ingredients
- lobster
- oil
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green Onion
- egg whites
- flour
- Chinese wine
- white pepper
- 2 spoon of salt
- bit of brown sugar and soy sauce
- Chicken stock
- corn flour
Preparation
Step 1
cut up the lobster sprinkle flour over it and deep fry
Step 2
cut ginger and garlic cut green onion into long slices n set aside
Step 3
crack egg only use egg white set aside. always cook in two batches
Step 4
add half the vegetables fry for 30 secs and lobster first batch added
Step 5
add 3tbsp chinese wine, white pepper, 2 spoon of salt, bit of brown sugar and soy sauce
Step 6
add chicken stock leave until boil and wait add a bit of corn flour mix with water for thickness
Step 7
add egg whites
Step 8
keep stir for about 2 min
Step 9
and serve
