Quick and Easy Hummus

The kids all love it! Especially Simeon, who eats it with his finger between vegetable bites :)

Ingredients

  • 1 19oz can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

drain chickpeas, but keep liquid aside

Step 2

blend everything together, adding retained liquid until desired consistency is acheived

Step 3

serve with veggies, pita or crackers
