Ingredients
- 1 Tray Oxtail
- Hawaiian Salt
- Ginger
- Anise Star
- Patis
- Beef Bullion
- Chinese Parsley
- Ong Choy Cabbage
- Boiled Peanut (Optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Boil oxtail in water with hawaiian salt and ginger.
Step 2
Dump out water, add new water, hawaiian salt, ginger, anise star.
Step 3
Add patis and beef boullion to taste and boil until meat in tender.
Step 4
when almost done, add chinese parsley. ong choy cabbage and boiled peanut.
