Ingredients
- 2 C chopped celery
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1.5 lb ff hog dogs
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 C milk
- 1 t sage
- cooking spray
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 Jiffy cornbread mixes
- 12 oz ff shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the recipe in half.
Step 2
Bake in 13 x 9 or 2 qt casserole( halved recipe) @ 400 for 30 min.
Cooking spray pan and saute onion & celery till tender. Cook hot dogs till brown and add to celery mixture.
2. In separate bowl combine eggs, milk, sage, pepper and cornbread mix. stir in cheese and combine with hot dogs. Stir in cheese.
