Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl.

Step 2

Poor sauces sized portions onto a griddle or in a frying pan.

Step 3

Fry on high untill you see bubbles comming to the top and popping. Then flip.

Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar and fresh berries.
