Ingredients

  • Turkey
  • Half a can of coke
  • 4 caps lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno juice
  • cajun seasoning
  • meat injector
  • roasting pan
  • turkey bag

Preparation

Step 1

Mix coke, lemon juice, and jalapeno juice. Using meat injector, inject mixture into turkey 2 hours before cooking.

Step 2

Place turkey in bag, breast side down.

Step 3

Season and follow cooking insrtuctions from turkey.
