Ingredients
- 9" unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt
- 3 Tbsp room temperature butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- cinnamon
- 4 cups finely cut rhubarb
Preparation
Step 1
beat eggs
Step 2
add sugar, flour and salt and mix
Step 3
add butter and milk and beat until well blended
Step 4
add however much cinnamon you want and the rhubarb and put in shell
Step 5
bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then 350 degrees for 35 minutes, until set
