- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 or 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp or more of minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 seeded chilies
Preparation
Step 1
stir fry chicken and veggies.
Step 2
add the rest and simmer 20 minutes
Step 3
serve over jasmine rice
