Ingredients

  • 2 kg prawns cleaned
  • 4 – 6 ground green chillies
  • 1 tsp rough red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 -3 tsp peri peri sauce
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tblsp tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tblsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the prawns in all the ingredients for a couple Of hour or overnight.

Step 2

Grill the prawns either on skewers on a grill or in the oven.

Step 3

Serve hot with lime wedges and salad
