Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of ground beef or pork
- 1 onion
- julienned cucumbers
- fine diced mushrooms
- shredded carrot
- sprouts if you have them
- cut up dried korean seaweed
- green onion if you have it
- sticky rice
- one egg per person
- bibimpap sauce
Preparation
Step 1
cook meat and onion together
Step 2
chop everything and be ready to assemble!
Step 3
in each bowl, put rice, then some of each topping. Top each bowl with an over-easy fried egg and as much sauce as you can handle!
