Ingredients
- 1 large package of fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups instant stuffing prepared
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375
Preparation
Step 1
Pull stems from the mushrooms and finely chopped them. Place the mushroom caps to the side. Also chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add the chopped mushroom stems, garlic and onion to the stuffing mix. Stir in the cheese.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
Step 4
Place on a lightly greased cookie pan.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until stuffing is a dark brown.
Step 6
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and serve.
