Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of corn starch, 1/2 cup of icing sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 cup of butter.

Preparation

Step 1

Cream 1 cup of butter. Add dry ingredients a little at a time. (You can sift all dry ingredients together a couple of times if you wish). Turn mixture on a floured board. Knead until mixture cracks slightly. Pat until mixture is about 1/8 inch thick and then cut with fancy cutters or roll into small balls and press flat with a fork. Decorate if desired.
