- 1 PKG LEMON JELLO
- 1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 3/4 C OIL
- 2 EGGS
- 1 TSP LEMON OR ALMOND EXTRACT
- GLAZE 1 CUP POWERED SUGAR AND JUICE OF 1 LEMON

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325
GREASE 13 X 9 X 2 PAN
Step 2
MIX 1 C BOILING WATER AND LEMON JELLO SET ASIDE TO COOL
Step 3
COMBINE REMAINING INGRIDENTS THEN ADD JELLO AND MIX WELL
Step 4
BAKE AT 325 FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES
INSERT A TOOTHPICK IN CENTER OF CAKE IF IT COMES OUT CLEAN CAKE IS DONE
DO NOT OVER COOK
Step 5
COOL AND SPREAD GLAZE OVER TOP OF CAKE

Craving sweet? This rustic cherry tart is easy, quick and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 cups / 750 g. of cherries
- 1/3 cup / 60 g. of sugar
- 2/3 cup / 60 g. of almond flour
- 4 tbsp. of brown sugar
- Pistachios
- A dash of milk
METHOD:
- Mix the cherries and sugar together. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Spread or roll out the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with almond powder and brown sugar.
- Place the cherries in the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches of free dough on the edges. Fold in the edges.
- Brush with milk (this will make the crust go golden), sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
- Top with a handful of chopped pistachios, and serve!
