Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp russian or french salad dressing
- pinch ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breast in greased baking dish
Step 2
Combine apricot preserves, salad dressing, ginger
and top this mixture over the chicken
Step 3
bake uncovered 350 for 50-55 minutes
I have also tried this with different flavors preserves and a raspberry hazelnut vinegrette.
Also tried it with sweet chili sauce.
