Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can peach halves
- 1 16 oz can yams
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Drain peaches and yams
Save the juice from the peaches
Step 2
Mash yams and add other ingredients
Use just enough peach juice for the consistency you want
Step 3
Fill each pair half with mixture
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of each half
Step 4
Place in baking dish
Heat oven to 350
bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown
