Ingredients
- 4 large angus burgers (already patty'd out)
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 green peppers(cut into strips)
- 1 small onion(diced)
- 2-3 cans Beef Gravy
Preparation
Step 1
Begin cooking the burgers and when they are nearly finished add the peppers and onions in with them. If there is oil drain it off
Step 2
Add the gravy and simmer with lid for 10-15 minutes. Start boiling the water for the rice. Make the rice.
Step 3
Plate the rice, then the burger on top of that and then cover with gravy & pepper/onion mixture
