Blueberry Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2.5 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425.Place bottom pie crust into pan.

Step 2

Cut peaches. Mix with blueberries.

Step 3

Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir mix into peaces and blueberries.

Step 4

Fill pie. Cut butter into small pieces over pie filling.

Step 5

Cover with top pie crust. Cut slits into crust. Cover edge with aluminum foil.

Step 6

Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.

Step 7

Cool 2 hours.
